This beautiful waterway, the Brecon and Abergavenny Canal, is set entirely within the Brecon Beacons National Park. As it hugs the hillsides, it has one of the longest lock - free stretches of water in the country and for much of its length it runs parallel with the splendid River Usk. These quiet waters are haven of peace and tranquility.
